A Day In Ohiopyle

We recently took a little family trip to Ohiopyle, just the three of us. It was nice to have some time together and to be in a place that wasn't home, where Ian could have some freedom. Ian and daddy played in the water a bit, we spread out the picnic blanket and had some snacks, listened to some live music, and let Ian run around in the grass.

It was refreshing!

Despite the fact that most of our plans this weekend have been altered due to Roger and Ian having hacking colds, we were able to enjoy it. We're absolutely craving time as a threesome, knowing that it will never be like this again. (The same as we were just before Ian was born...)

Ian LOVES swimming Lessons!

We've been doing parent-child aquatics class at our local pool. HE LOVES IT! He's the teacher's pet (of course) and the only one in his class of 6-24 month olds that really enjoys the water, the kicking, bubble blowing, etc. It is adorable to watch and I'm SO GLAD we were a part of it!

Luau Fun

Ian's friend Camden turned 1 yesterday. His parents threw him a huge Luau Party! It was a fun time and one of our friends got some cute pics of us!
